El sábado 12 y 19 de Diciembre de 18 a 20h vamos a realizar 2 talleres online a través de videoconferencia aprendiendo cómo hacernos nuestro germinador, tipos de semillas, el proceso de germinación, trucos, el baile de la germinación y porqué germinar.
Haremos salsas mágicas que son como veganesas, pero con semillas activadas, colores, especias y mucho amor.
Animado con alegría podremos aprender el baile del germinado, canciones y dinámicas para aprender a germinar nuestro propio alimento además de desarrollar nuestra semilla interior para que germine a través de la alegría y la consciencia de la germinación.
También explicaremos como hacer horchatas o leches vegetales así como pan esenio o pan de germinados. Y para concluir la jornada haremos una Sicilla que es una crema de cacao evolución de la nocilla; sicilla: positiva, vegana y sencilla.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
